TMC offers a wide choice of Apprenticeship programmes, providing a friendly, personal service to help you to commence your career and continue to build your qualifications. Apprenticeship programmes are an excellent choice if you don't want to stay in full-time education and know what sort of career path you want to follow. Ideally, you will already be employed but we may be able to help with this if you are having difficulty.

Traineeships at TMC

Traineeships are a government funded initiative for employers to take on a trainee who has already undergone training in both trade and work skills for 10 weeks as a trial for a potential apprenticeship opportunity. There is no cost asociated with this scheme and no commitment at the end of the traineeship to employ the trainee. As an employer in the Dry Lining or Plastering industry - you can benefit from a 'trainee' who has undergone five weeks of intensive training at TMC before commencing the 10 week work placement in your organisation.
